CareSynchrony from Sanvis Health is a comprehensive software suite that has been designed to fit the diverse needs of senior living communities. CareSynchrony suite includes tools for marketing (CRM), ADL tracking, resident care and negotiated service plans, medication management (eMAR), resident appointments, physician orders, nursing progress notes, resident charts, incident reports and much more.

CareSynchrony is a smartphone-based platform for caregivers and management teams that includes mobile apps and backend automation. The solution offers a fully-integrated suite of apps including Census 100 marketing CRM, CareSynchrony Sentinel for visitor sign in/out, CareSynchrony Provider for physicians and ARNPs, CareSynchrony Family Connections for resident families and CareSynchrony Messenger for communication.

Sanvis Health provides on-site training for implementation. Support is offered via phone and web.

So much more than just an Electronic Health Record

I cannot stress enough that you need to look at Caresynchrony as it transform your operation. You will look back as I have almost three years later and be amazed at how you ever operated without Caresynchrony.

Pros

Caresynchrony is an integral part of the overall operational success of the facility. I have used all the other major software companies over the years and Caresynchrony is what all the others should strive for. The ultimate question I believe any operator should ask is if they lost their Software Provider tomorrow would it be detrimental or catastrophic to the operation and with most software providers out there the answer would be No. With Caresynchrony, it has become the cornerstone of everything we do not just with Resident Care but from the moment a visitor enters Caresynchrony is integral to the visitor experience, resident care outcomes and employee satisfaction.

Cons

I really have no issues with the software as the customer support is unmatched so anytime there is an issue or suggestion it is addressed almost immediately. With the other large software providers I was use to being just a number and being hours or days for a response much less actually getting a resolution so it is difficult to have an issue with Caresynchrony since it is addressed so quickly.

Finally! Truely Comprehensive Software

Caresyncrony is extremely user friendly so staff does not have any trouble learning the program quickly.

Pros

This is the software I’ve been wishing for! After 20+ years of owning and operating assisted living facilities we have tried many programs but they all fell short until we found caresyncrony. We have been using it for over 2 years and it is the most comprehensive software we’ve ever had. It’s so convenient to be able to access the software from anywhere and have the ability to keep records up to date the moment it happens.

Cons

Occasionally pharmacy software sends a repetitious signal to caresyncrony software but this does not effect daily operations it only requires an extra minute to decipher on the back end when the pharmacist enters a medication change.
