It’s relatively easy to use as the site is well signposted, so you know where to input a contact’s details, update activity you’ve had with the contact, etc. It can also be linked to other software, so when I update Work Flow Max, it automatically adds the new contact into Hubspot.

Cons

I am unsure of its other capabilities as I’m only using it as a simple repository for contact details and notes.

This CRM is amazing, I love having the ability to track deals and potential revenue. These days it's easy for a pending deal to get forgotten if work begins to pile up, and this program helps you minimize lost sales.

Cons

PRICE! The free version is great but to reap the true benefits you are forced to purchase the premium edition, which is insanely expensive.

For something free it's really great and after talking to a rep I can't wait to upgrade.

Pros

With the free version I like have the Sales piece to track the process and seeing email opens. I also like that it pulls customer info in automatically.

Cons

The email tracking just stopped working one day and there's no customer support for the free version, which I understand. The FAQ and troubleshooting ideas didn't work for the issue.

Cons

There are updates that I'm not aware of and just know about it once I open HubSpot. Tendency is, I will figure out what I should do to finish my task which is time consuming.

Small business owner here. I love this product. It has really helped me to get clear on my marketing initiatives, be more effective and organized. I implement the conversation bots as I can't always be there to answer questions but I want my customers to have a great first experience. It is optimized for mobile, which other platforms don't always have. Overall, this is a great product.

Cons

It's a little pricey for a small business trying to take off, but I do think the value is there. I wish they had a cheaper entry point.

I liked how they give free versions and people just end up buying it because they liked it. It has good customer service as well so you won't have to worry, they got your back in case of you may encounter a technical issue.

Pros

I really recommend using this CRM tool because it is highly functional and easy to use. I love it! I will definitely recommend. It has free version but I think anyone who will try the free ones will just end up buying it since it really works!

Cons

The cost for this app is expensive however I think it is still worth it since I consider this as one of the best CRM tool ever. They also have a good customer service if ever you experience tech issues.

It is a great CRM app to use for businesses to minimize work but at the same time track client interactions and activities accurately.

Pros

Using HubSpot is like having a personal assistant who tracks client interactions, emails, calls and messages quite efficiently without the salary.

Cons

It is a real life-saver but it would be better if some information can be accessed offline like the contact numbers if ever I would need to make a call and don't have internet access.

Easy to learn. Very good integration with Gmail. Way simpler and cheaper than Salesforce which would be the deal breaker for smaller companies.

Cons

The pricing package is not very granular and clear. Marketing solution is not cheap at all. It will mess up your normal work with Gmail sometimes.

Handles every marketing function - email marketing, content, blog, landing pages, analytics etc. Their analytics are pretty detailed.

Cons

Doesn't do anything well. Forgot to add security certificate to our landing pages for a couple of months. Managing content schedule is such a headache. Also the recent hubspot outage crippled us. Also, too darn expensive!!

I initially didn't use HubSpot when selecting a CRM for my handmade business. But after being frustrated with my previous CRM, I stumbled upon HubSpot and decided to give it another shot and it has been WORTH it!

Pros

SO easy to use and super easy to integrate with my email platform and my ecommerce website!

Cons

It's a little Skynet-esque- knowing when folks have opened my emails weirds me out a bit...but it is incredibly useful!

Although I decided against Hubspot, it is a very useful program if your firm has the resources to dedicate to using it to the fullest.

Pros

Hubspot does social planning REALLY well. Its analytics are top notch. The company is well-regarded in the industry, and offers certifications that are helpful as resume boosters if you work in the field of marketing but have a degree in an unrelated field. I thoroughly appreciate their blog updates as well, which help keep me knowledgeable on trends and updates in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.

Cons

The user interface is just terrible. It's confusing, crowded and ugly. It's such a powerful program with so many options that it seems like it's one of those services that you nearly need a full-time employee just to manage it. In my role, I have multiple responsibilities so I couldn't dedicate the time and decided to go with native reporting options.

We started using Hubspot about 6 months ago and it has consolidated the number of services we previously used for different marketing tasks - email, social media, blog posts, etc. all in to one platform. It also provides a tremendous amount of data regarding the performance of your marketing efforts.

Cons

This service/software is not cheap, but still provides great value based on all the features and functionality provided. If you're only looking for something to handle one aspect/channel of marketing this isn't for you.

Hubspot offers a lot of general CRM and Marketing services for free. I currently use the corporate marketing module and it is great for scheduling pretty much everything. The comprehensive self paced training also ensures that you really know how to use each function of the application.

Cons

The reporting leaves a little to be desired. Some of the output is not clear as to where or how it is calculating the information. We also used the Sales Module but had to migrate to another service due to the needs of our international sales team.

I like that the system can give me the opportunity to send the automatic emails to my clients and I can track all the operations in this system. The service is simple and very useful at that time. Hupspot choose the email even if I make the changes in Gmail and I can see these changes on my end later. The editor of this program supports the complex HTM and because of this fact we can create the payment cards, emails and so on.

Cons

I do not like the fact that I was not warned that the same contact can work in the different ways. Also, there were the cases when the program was too slow. It should not take too much time to go from one task to another one.

There are so many tutorials, videos, etc to help someone is not marketing savvy (like myself) to help use HubSpot to your full advantage. It's incredibly user friendly even for those who have absolutely no tech experience. You even have your own personal support specialist who helps you every time, as opposed to having to deal with a different CSR every time.

Cons

My only con that I can think of as I write this review is the cost. It IS pricey, but, in my opinion, worth every penny.

As I said before, you can see the thread of the things you have sold to the client so you don't come as pushy and everything is understood. So that's a good things if you a big client portafolio.

Pros

I used to use this tool in my job were we could stay connected with each other's, leaving post about general announcement or whatever was important on the day. What I really liked is that you have the information about your clients and what have you said and the connectivity with other great tools stink as Gmail or other Google related.

Cons

Whereas is a good tool, is super simple if you want more you have to paid for it. Although you are not obligated to.

I loved that it was easy for our designer to use, he was able to create beautiful templates that worked well in so many different email clients very easily. It was pretty easy to navigate creating and sending emails, you had a nice simple modern interface that walks you through each step. I liked the ease of use and UX.

Cons

Unfortunately, creating programmatic campaigns to track things and clone them was very difficult. You can't just clone a whole set of steps whenever you create a campaign, you have to create them all individually and reset everything. I am used to programs like Marketo where you can just clone a whole set of values. This makes tracking way easier.

My experience has been really good. I haven't had any issues and it takes the guesswork out of things.

Pros

I love the tracking part of this software. It's easy to have things in one place. I use it to track my emails and see when customers have read them.

Cons

The pricing is kind of high if you want to get off the free version for my business that is just in the beginning stages.
