RECORDS AND REMINDERS

The EMR software can easily increase my accuracy of billing and coding regarding Healthcare. Through transferring all of my data into the billing system, I can make my office workflow more productive. With the help of this software, I can quickly provide better services to my patients. About this software takes a lot of time and it is not secure enough, it can save a lot of your time and improve patient care. It assists in providing better customer services

Pros

Using this software, I can make sure compliance, and it gives you the flexibility to work from anywhere. When the data is stored on the cloud electronically, I can access it with an Internet connection from any location. This software allows me to communicate better within my office and the people outside. It gives me the ability to message any other person with reminders. This software can automate appointment oceans, and reminders improve my cancellation and rescheduling rates.

Cons

I get disappointed using this software as it is not entirely designed for the specific field of medicine. The time this software takes can make the work demanding. There is also an issue of safety concerning the electronic medical records that I feel the most sensible part. Due to little carelessness, all the private information can be revealed all the internet. I can easily hack into the healthcare system to see any kind of data I want.

Pros

For our partial care setting it works great. No Issues so far. All of our employees were easily onboarded.

Cons

Wish it integrated into other collateral programs like UA reports and case manager systems. Other than that it is great.

Look elsewhere, dated and clunky!

Revamp the entire system. The interface is clunky and outdated. Nothing is intuitive about it. Think about how the user is going to use it; start from there. It's nice if you can develop an interface that users rave about!

Pros

Nothing! It wants me to write a 100 characters; I repeat there is nothing I find positive about it!!

Cons

Horrible system! I've worked in hospitals with EMR's and have my own private practice and use an EHR that is much more user friendly. This is one of the worst systems I have ever, ever seen! No one liked it where I worked and everyone complained.

Insurance and billing specialist

Pros

This product is very inclusive with what it offers. I love that you can keep tract of clients and financial information on one system. I use this daily with tracking current and past patients.

Cons

I found this product hard to learn since there is so much that is offered with this. I wouldn't say it was bad just a lot of information.
