We have been using this software since 2006 and the support team has been with us every step of the way. I recommend this software to all medical practice if you want to be able to have access to all your reports for MIPS or run a report to see how the practice is doing overall financially.

Pros

It's easy to navigate and you can jump from the EMR to the practice management software in one click.

Cons

Too many click at first or duplicate modules that allow you to do the same.

Using Pulse Systems EHR

Pros

I like the fact that the Practice Management and EHR are seamless and not just interfaced. The customer support is always available, knowledgeable and willing to help. The product is not complicated to use and gives you many audit tools to make sure one is in compliance.

Cons

The software modules can be accessed in many different ways which leads to come confusion when training new users.
