Merge RIS Software


Merge RIS is a cloud-based information recording solution that stores, manages and distributes patient radiology information. It caters to radiologists and ambulatory imaging centers and is ICD-10 compliant.

It features document management that allows storing clinical documents and patients record in suitable categories. Dashboards enable radiologists to track schedules and monitor staff activities.

The solution integrates with billing system Merge PACS (a picture archiving and communication system) and Merge Financials. Merge RIS has a patient portal that allows patients to communicate with doctors, share lab results, schedule appointments, make payments and more.

The Merge Patient Portal module enables physicians to refer patients, who in turn can place electronically signed orders and view their medical information online. The product’s integrated billing system captures billing codes at the time of treatment to generate bills and process patient’s claims with insurance providers.

It provides support to its customers via phone.

Merge provides exemplary support and customer feedback and interaction.

Needed and custom modifications are often slow in development.
