Guided documentation workflows help support training and compliance. Automated billing processes allow users to manage reimbursement. Flexible referral management, color-coded scheduling, automatic appointment reminders, electronic eligibility verification, real-time reporting and interactive dashboards are also available.
Therapists’ documentation is managed through an integrated interface, and clinic-specific clinical libraries are included. Information is accessible from treatment through billing, which includes real-time validation of charges, codes and patient information. Clinics have the option of handling billing in-house or using an outsourced billing service company.
Support is provided over the phone. Pricing is per visit per month.

It has a good format. Easy to follow. Options to click or type out your notes. Very modifiable based on your needs.
Doesn't always have the best options on the clickable tabs. It would be helpful to have a therapist assist with improving and modifying the software to make it more user friendly for therapists.

Referral management is really well done. The products works well with Business Intelligence to provide a massive amount of information for analytic purposes. There is a great amount of ability to track things like insurance authorizations. Very powerful tool when combined with Business Intelligence.
Scheduling functionality needs to be refined, especially across clinics where a therapist travels between multiple clinics. In addition, would like to see the outpatient library implemented.
