Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This is the most robust RMM out there, period. Their support is great and responsive. The depth of configuration and customization is unparalleled.

  • Tons of features. Price is where it needs to be. Has great capability.

  • Cons

  • The learning curve can be steep, and given that the tool is so robust, it can be overwhelming to lower level technicians. However, I think this is mitigated by the available training.

  • Functionality wise, I have no complaints. However, in terms of UX, it looks a little dated. Perhaps the interface navigation can be improved.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, Interface is clean and you can see information clearly Historical data is a treasure and you can use it to analyze with a lot of details

  • It was very simple to use and helped me to track down the problem to my modem needing a hard reset.

  • Cons

  • None that I can see, maybe the setup of some of the advanced features is a little convoluted. Great app.

  • The cost. It works very well, however, the cost (Professional Edition) is quite high.
