ADEACA Project Business Automation (PBA) is a cloud-based project management solution designed specifically for project industries. The solution can also be installed on-premise by organizations to automate their project business. It provides features including portfolio analytics, project financials and enterprise administration.

With ADEACA PBA, users can manage onsite projects, internal projects or knowledge sharing services. It also features operational project management that enables users to manage labor-budget and cash-flow projections. In addition, it performs functions like scheduling and staffing.

ADEACA PBA offers integrations and customizations to cater to the needs of enterprise users. Its real-time project insight feature provides a complete project view including trends, benchmarks and reporting charts.

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. It provides support via a user community, product training videos and a help desk.

Pros

Infomaker is a product that can easily be learned. It has sort of a step by step process for people who are not intimately familiar with data points.

Cons

If you want to do anything really difficult or combine a lot of tables or do unions or nested reports, this could be a little cumbersome to the average user.

I have been a user of Webroot for over ten years. Compete security of my computers. Regular scans with easy removal of threats.
In today's world the volume of passwords, and need for updating can create additional workload and stress. Webroot makes this challenge simple and manageable. Here in is a key benefit beyond the cyber security provided.

Cons

I have been a long term user and updates occasionally present challenges. That said, it is easy and quick to get resolution of questions and problems.

This is very much a basic, entry level EHR system that covers you for all of your meaningful use, standard of care, and proper documentation. It is also very affordable, which makes it a great choice for smaller clinics that are worried about the large burden of paying for EHR.

Likes Least

Although they offer a lot of services that are usually pretty costly, none of the services besides billing work extremely well. The patient portal is a great add on in theory, but when the portal doesn't work with safari or on any mobile devices, it alienates a very large portion of patients that would otherwise use it and may even become more of a headache than an asset.

Recommendations

You need to gauge how much efficiency is worth to you. This software is actually pretty good aside from the fact that it is inefficient and even things like payments and application of payments takes three or four screens and clicks to accomplish. For smaller offices, keeping overhead is more important. For larger offices, being able to do lightning fast work may be more important.
