Jira software and it's interaction with other tools like Confluence, Crucible/FE, Jama, etc is excelent to build Requirements v/s Development, Test Traceability.

Pros

Jira software is very flexible and collaborates well with other tools used in our product management. Helping us to get the overall project management view sprint on sprint at both Scrum team level and project management teams level.

Cons

Some tools like XRay, etc are integrated inside Jira software instead of keeping it as separate server and forcing us to buy the add-on tier should match the maximum tier of the licensed JIRA applications on our instance, as Test team size and development team size varies in any organization and simply doubles the number of users in a license cost even though same number of users using both Jira and Xray.

Easy software to use for projects, with slight confusion

We use JIRA for Project Management work and documentation. Sometimes we find the use of icons confusing. I wish there were more labels. Also it can be slow to tag someone if you have many users

Pros

Easy to use and connect people together

Cons

Slow with tagging people at big companies,
Lack of labels on iconogrophy

Best team management tool

My tool of choice

Pros

You can get started in various forms of issue/team management quickly. Great integration into Confluence for documentation.

Cons

Advanced features can take a while to learn. Licensing can be limiting as it's on a per-user basis.

Simple product for tickets

Overall pretty good

Pros

We use Jira to handle our bugs and it works pretty well, easy to use and no bugs detected so far. It's ok for our small 25 people team

Cons

UI could be more exciting, we're not aware of new features - there is no integration with Slack and reports are really not good and clear enough

Not intuitive

This product seems to have evolved to meet too many needs and therefore has too many features, making it confusing even for users who have prior experience

Pros

It's wide spread use

Cons

The UI
