OneNote Software

Microsoft OneNote is a digital note taking app that can be accessed via Android, Chrome, Windows, iOS and Mac devices. The solution is well-suited for individuals attending numerous meetings per week and working on multiple collaborative projects.

OneNote offers deep search functionality for all notes stored in its database. Users can also store and organize audio recordings that are in a searchable format and can be integrated with other Microsoft Office products.

OneNote allows users to take handwritten notes with the help of a stylus or fingertip and can also convert these notes to digital text. Important ideas or points can be highlighted by using various shapes and colors.

The solution has the ability to embed other Microsoft Office files into a note. They can then be easily edited by OneNote users. OneNote offers cloud-based storage and allows users to easily toggle between separate but synced up enterprise and personal accounts.

▪The squre Bullets with the nick inside bring a new feature to one note .
▪Recording a audio track direct to the file is another added advantage .

Cons

▪It's almost the same as Microsoft word.
▪Please add more ink colours and ink thickness on mobile versions.

Great tool for note keeping.

Pros

One note app available on both computers and mobile phones is a convenient way to keep notes. Users can also be systematic and creative with the use of notebooks.

Cons

Though OneNote is such a useful tool, it could improve on its integration side. It'll make the users' workflow easier when if the app can be integrated with other platforms.

Though it may not replace the notes app on phone, it could potentially be a primary note taking app on laptop and desktop computers if well advertised.

Pros

Its a cery simple tool to take quick notes and meeting minutes. It comes with a few templates to use from and you can customize the colors, font, etc, and add links and media.

Cons

Though its a very simple and user friendly tool, its not as common as some other tools. For example, I find it much easier to use the notes on my phone l, or a word doc if I am on computer to take notes.

Pros

At first, I was hesitant to try another software. This turned out to be FANTASTIC.
You can keep notes within several categories and files.
Perfect for keeping track of complex to-do lists, tasks for each month and the necessary details, or just miscellaneous information that you find yourself needing often. This is a very useful software!

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of one con.
I suppose if you could share your notes with others and allow them to edit it, that would be nice. (I think even this may be possible, but it may require some detailed set up.)

I had been looking for a piece of sotfware similar to OneNote for some time and tested rival products before settling on what is certainly the best.

The ability to sync this with emails and other Microsoft applications into one searchable and easily navigated piece of software has transformed the way I work.

In the days of reducing use of paper i no longer take a paper pad with me to meetings and in fact find OneNote to have saved time and improved my efficiency at work.

Cons

You have to be careful how you use OneNote and not risk duplicating your folder file saving systems.

I have also found that the layout can appear congested if you have too many tabs saved. OneNote helps overall but does not give much guidance on how best to use it.

Microsoft OneNote is a must-have for school. I'm a longtime user of this application, and it is extremely easy to use. It has all the functions that paper note-taking would have, such as highlighting. It is extremely easy to get organized as well, and allows you to sort your notes by pages, subpages, and sections.
