About Snapfix

Snapfix uses photos as the basis for task management.

Businesses can leverage the eyes and ears of team members to identify problems or faults, capture photos and create issue-based tasks, assign the tasks to appropriate personnel internally and gain full visibility into the progress of getting that problem fixed. It uses a simple traffic light system, allowing supervisors to see whether a task is in the red category (not started), yellow (in progress) or green (completed).

Snapfix was initially built for the environment and building management industries but is designed to be used in any situation and can even be used personally for free.
