I use Nexonia to report expense items that need to be reimbursed

Pros

It's incredibly easy to use! I have never had any issues simply logging in to log and expense. And I love how easy it is to find my list of expense submissions with all of their details clearly laid out.

Cons

There isn't anything in particular that I would complain about. There is some ancillary information displayed in the interface that I could do without but otherwise it's excellent.

This software makes me happy to fill out an expense report for the first time in my working career.

Pros

Nexonia is very easy to use and has an intuitive interface The mobile app makes it easy to enter expenses as they occur since it takes less than a minute to do so It syncs perfectly between mobile and the web

Cons

Probably not as feature rich as some expense systems, but has all the features we need Has some integration points but does not integrate fully with our purchasing system

The product is very good, but the customer support is terrible

Pros

Easy to use and works great. Our field staff loves the product and saves them time to fill out their expense reports

Cons

Customer service is terrible. Had a problem with the invoicing and they would like work with us at all. Would not even compromise.

Very easy to use

Pros

I love nexonia because it’s very easy to use. It automatically syncs with your Amex account every night.

Cons

The reports system needs to be a bit upgraded for customers to create reports themselves. Right now you may need extra assistance

Nexonia- a solid expense management tool

Sleek expense management tool and would certainly reccoment

Pros

Great for companies of all sizes, multiple add-ons available, easy to implement, cool mobile app available, customer focused

Cons

Cheaper software options available, takes some getting use to when learning the tool, no chat feature for quick support
