POMePOS is a cloud-based point of sale (POS) solution for bakeries, cafes and fast food establishments. It deploys a back-end component and an Android-based client application. The back-end component allows management to enter information on items, adjust screen layouts and apply tax rates. It provides managers access to sales reporting and inventory management. The Client application can function offline and upon resumption of communication with a web server can upload data to the server.
POMePOS provide users with functionalities including order entry, billing, accounts receivable, inventory control, purchase orders, raw materials management, recipe costing, lot item tracking, nutritional analysis and time clock management. Users can access sales data from POS terminals anytime or can access the data through a web portal or an app. Other features include recipe costing, wholesale management, lot item tracking and custom cake orders. Support is offered via email, chat and phone.

Twin Peaks Software
Having personally sold software in the past, I know what goes on within the industry. I can attest to Twin peaks doing what is right by the customer, and going above and beyond the black and whit fine print of a contract or license. Twin Peaks did what was right in terms of licenses and users in my unique situation even though the contract might have said otherwise. These are very honorable people which is very hard to come by in today's day and age. Therefore they have my continued support.
Any software implementation has it's own set of challenges at both ends. keeping everything in perspective, there isn't anything I don't like about this product or vendor. some custom items were slow to be developed, but it was not their fault, and I respect the fact that I was the ONLY client requiring this customization, which was provided at no additional charge

Twin Peaks Software - do not deal with them!
Despite sending a detailed requirements list to the vendor and seeing a demo, that the product clearly couldn't meet our needs was evident during implementation. That should have been the end of the story, not happy that I was oversold but fine we could cancel. Or could we? Monthly billing started and may still be ongoing. A promised refund of the first monthly billing never came through, second month, billing appeared again. Again a promise for refund on May 6th and nothing. I now have to go through the time consuming process of having my credit card company deal with it. One of the customer service reps was a pleasure to deal with but calls were never returned in a timely fashion (except of course during the sales process).
The sales representative didn't listen, talked over me and rambled on and on. I dreaded having to speak to him. Then they lied about my refund that I am still waiting for one month later.
