Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Great product for the money. Very easy to use. Mobile app functionality is great. Messaging is very easy to use on both ends.

  • Easy of scheduling. I really like the intuitiveness of the product. The support is very responsive as well.

  • Cons

  • The group chat feature looked nice, but the notification capability isn't as fast and efficient as a texting group chat like GroupMe.

  • Administration can be a little clunky due to "action area" issues in their code, but overall a good tool.

  • Pros

  • I love that this software works great for my salon as a "one man shop", and will work perfectly when my business grows.

  • Very easy to use and set up. Started working in minutes. Customer service was quick and helpful.

  • Cons

  • The speed sometimes is not up to par. Would like more features for sms or email reminders. Or reminders in general on the software for the administrators.

  • Not being able to custom set up some parts of the program.
