TXT180 Software


 

TXT180 is a cloud-based SMS marketing solution designed for businesses of all sizes. It offers messaging templates, mobile send management, a web widget, contact management and message forwarding functionalities within a suite.

TXT180 features an autoresponder, which sends text messages to the customers once they have signed up for a campaign. Users can also create alternate messages for customers who sign up again after opting out of a service. The product also features a text message scheduler, which allows users to schedule text messages on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

TXT180 also features “Text2Vote,” which allows users to create a voting campaign and request votes using SMS replies. The product also features live graph reporting, where users can track the the number of opt-ins with the help of custom URLs. This also enables users to track voting statistics for their “Text2Vote” campaigns.

TXT180 offers phone and email support to customers.

Nice and easy - but the best part is the support team. CSR has customer service in her blood. Anything I have ever needed has been simple, easy AND FAST!

Pros

Probably the customer service. CSR is always helpful and wonderful to work with. She finds a solution to your needs.

Cons

I'm probably going to change soon.

Pros

I like it because it's cheap, but I think it could be better. It's super simple and straight forward but I've seen other text platforms and I've thought about changing many times but haven't gotta around to it. I think it's a little outdated but the overall working software is ok. It does want it says, creates a text group and sends out text.

Cons

It doesn't have great analytics. It doesn't help me to grow the groups. I don't like having to pay for more add-ons when it should be included in my package. I think the software could be better. The mobile is really bad.

Pros

It's so easy to use and the customer service is amazing! My service lapsed because my payment malfunctioned and they called to see if there was anything they could do to help me!

Cons

I wish they had a mobile app. Their website is easy to navigate but isn't as user friendly on the Web version.

It is so easy to use that you don't need a user manual or a video tutorial. EVERYTHING makes sense.

Cons

I would like to have the ability to categorize my messages folder within the software, but the simple workaround is that I have everything forwarded to my outlook so I can organize there.

Its ability to send automatic text responses that can include tiny url links to a website where my primary ad is.

TXT180 is easy to use, easy to set up and easy to edit & maintain. It is a slmple, but effective way to add followers and supporters

Cons

The cost is prohibitive for a small grassroots nonprofit that has a very small budget. While it gives us easy sign up options, it is more than our small budget can handle.

We love the easy, user friendly site. We like being able to see the messages from our customers. We also like being able to separate our contacts by store location.

Cons

We wish that all of our monthly messages rolled over. We have several locations & sometimes have a few hundred messages left at the end of the month & would love to have them build up over time.

The simplicity of use and implementation of contests etc is great, as well as the ability to track opt ins and opt outs. It's a great tool!

Cons

I have a minor issue sometimes when I go to add or edit contact information, and I have to pay close attention to how I set alerts, but nothing major or problematic.

Recent changes to their website have been very nice with the new user interface. Once you know your way around the product it is very easy to use. It has been great for gathering information from folks interested in buying and selling real estate in my area.

The cost per keyword is great. We've looked at other texting services and we didn't like the cost there. Also, i love that you canforward responses to an email address.

Cons

The user site is clunky. It looks older , though functionality seems fine. Some setting are a bit burried.

The message has to be condensed to fit in the limited character count. It' s usually enough space but sometimes we have to be creative with our message to get it to fit.

I like the fact that I can reach potential and current clients through the services 24 hours a day and they opt in to the service so they do want to hear from us.

Cons

Can't say there is really anything I don't like about the service as it provides us with the tools we need to grow our business if I had to say something I would ask that they give us discounts on additional key words.
