  • Pros

  • Fairly easy to set up, customer support is amazing, right there if you have a question, no waiting. Also, has the ability to do a wide variety of question types that the free versions do not have.

  • Feature rich service with most of the bells and whistles you hope for in a survey solution and intuitive .

  • Cons

  • Designing custom themes and colors can be a bit challenging; however, some of the templates that have been created help.

  • Can be pricey as compared to the lower level solutions. Also, not as many off the shelf integrations.
