  • The calls portal makes it easy to define a list and sort it.

  • I can see the potential the software has to be very valuable to ACS in the future.

  • Sometimes the reports are hard to build, very small number of times

  • I would like more flexibility in the reporting

  • It has a lot of data. If you have the time to mine information, this is a great source.

  • The GUI is kind of clunky and not super intuitive.

  • No issues. If I have a specific report that I cannot find or run, the team is quick to provide the details or update the portal.
