Pros/Cons

Pros
The flow for the billing is very nice. No jumping around from one screen to another.
The software is very user friendly. In addition the staff is very easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

Cons
The price is a little high compared to what we had been using, but the product is better.
THERE ARE SOME REPORTS THAT I WISH WERE ALITTLE MORE DETAILED, BUT OVERALL A GREAT SOFTWARE

The Customer Service Experience was excellent.
Very user friendly Timely and very helpful technical support

Cons
Integration was a slow and technical process, but that is to be expected. Everything was worked out swiftly that caused little to no issues in the long wrong. Really don't have any negative aspects.
this doesn't applied to me, as of today I have no negative/cons things to say about this software
