Pros/Cons

Pros
User friendly, easy to navigate. Love this software, very easy
It is extremely user friendly. I love that there are shortcuts to different screens using the F keys. When we have issues, the support staff is very informative and quick to resolve the problem.

Cons
sometimes it crashes...usually after an update...otherwise one of the most complete and easy to use software products used
There are a few irritating bugs that pop up now and then but the support staff is excellent and efficiently walks you through them.

Pros
Easy to use, works great and fantastic customer service. And being able to open patient records from our phones or tablets has been a plus for us.
This software is really great. It is easy to use for all of our staff. The best part about it is that we can use it while being anywhere due to being mobile.

Cons
Due to the software being relatively new on the market, it still has some kinks to work out, but the support team is great!
A few features are a bit clunky - seems to take too many clicks to do what you need to do, but the developers are constantly improving those features.
