  • Pros

  • I love all features of this software. Very easy to use. I had upgraded recently and I like the new chages.

  • this software was easy to navigate and the layout was not overwhelming but clean and simple.

  • Cons

  • Links are sometimes difficult to open but overall ok

  • Navigating the back side. It is fine once you are trained how to utilize the system but if you come in after implementation as a manager, the hunt and find method is very difficult.

  • Pros

  • It is very user friendly...easy to navigate, looks professional.

  • The software is very easy to use and understans. Customer service is FANTASTIC!

  • Cons

  • Sometimes it gets a little slow. But honestly we cant tell if that's our wifi or not. Other than that we can't complain about anything else!

  • It's a little pricey, but well worth the investment to be able to communicate with clients in real-time.
