Undoubtedly, TeamViewer has contributed to improve communication with both the work team and our customers, and it is important to highlight that aspect, since it is the greatest benefit that I have obtained with its use. Operates excellently, with acceptable membership prices. I minimize my work time, giving me the possibility to access several computers from the comfort of my office, to solve any problem. Besides the aforementioned, videoconferencing is an incredible tool, it has accompanied me to meetings organized with partners that are far from me and the simplicity of sharing documents is the best thing that could be offered to me.

Pros

TeamViewer is a software that I love, it is completely reliable and with an impactful interface, simple and very easy to understand. It offers a wide variety of possibilities, such as easily navigating with several computers at the same time through remote communication, with the included chat function, thus improving interaction and communication, all in real time and with fluency. From the beginning, it has always been an exceptional software, to understand its operation was very simple and incredibly now, to work with it in simple steps I put it to work.

Cons

It only presents a small difficulty, if the signal of the connection to the internet is not excellent, it disconnects or does not work as smoothly as expected, this makes the work difficult when I really need it. The data transfer host is exceptional and fast, however I feel that it should be improved. Of rest, in general terms it works excellently, with very complete tools and a correct functionality. So far it's the best remote connection software I've used.

For a scattered workforce, or those working from home, it is an essential tool.

Pros

We use this all the time for our finance staff. They typically work offsite most days, but sometimes they need to cut checks in the office. One of us will set up a TeamViewer session for them and then they can do their job (we just need to load the printer paper).

Cons

I don't like this for meetings. I think there is simpler software out there. For remote desktop access, I think it is excellent.

All in all I do love this software. Its very handy and once again, loggin into my mobile devices is just super cool!

The mobile to mobile remote software side of this program is absolutely great! I have been working with remote software for years and Ive been waiting for something to be released that would let me use my PC to connect to either my droid or apple devices. Or if I am on the go and I need to remote into a mobile device using my mobile device then that option is available also

Cons

I dont like that if TeamViewer admins suspects you of using the software for commercial use then until you get that straightened out you only get about 5 minutes of log in time before they boot you out of the free software under "suspected" commercial use. My devices join multiple networks and various domains each day. That doesnt mean other users like me are using it for commercial use!

It's very stable, it works just fine even with slow connectivity and has a lot of functionalities that are very useful when you are working and when you stop working for the day. It's a nice platform used by many companies to have their employees work remotely or give support to other areas within the company.

Cons

The mobile app needs an upgrade since it doesn't work as well, and is very slow. The cost is something you may need to consider it's a expensive software with lots of functionalities but you may need to check if it's what you need.

I used TeamViewer all the time for work and personal. Although we're switching to GoverLAN TeamViewer has great features for remote controlling someones desktop while being secure at the same time.

Cons

Pretty expensive for remote desktop software. The free version is very limited and expires. Dameware even RDC (Built-into Windows) are great alternatives and are either free or lower cost.

It works as advertised and very consistently. You log in and can control another computer remotely, its great. KVM functionality with a way easier setup.

Cons

Sometimes the version controlling between various computers can be tricky. Also, the speed of performance is not great, but for basic tasks its ok.

I've used Teamviewer for years to remote in to client machines and fix server side issues or repair problems on their machines. Other screenshare and conferencing software just aren't built to get in as quickly as Teamviewer. For collaborating on large projects like movies or fine art, where the file or project can't exactly move off of the machine it is on, it's been a godsend.

Pros

It makes it easy to collaborate on a single machine without transferring huge files or worrying that you can't access a critical machine.

Cons

For those who don't know about Teamviewer, setting up a remote session can be a bit tricky, but usually they get through the download process just fine.

The free version is incredible and essentially fully functional (at time of this review - although it has been for a long time too). The software works impeccably and is a staple for our use; we recommend it everywhere and many IT support techs we know do likewise. If you've used any other remote software, TeamViewer will be fairly familiar. I'm amazed at the ease with which connection happens - on any platform, even mobile - and the stability and bugfree performance is best-in-class. Other software publishers should learn from TeamViewer's creators - the software WORKS flawlessly and the functionality is amazing; on a good connection I found to my surprise I could actually watch and hear a video edit playing through a remote machine in a way that meant I could edit, if I wanted to - only incredible compression algorithms and a sleek, streamlined software service could allow for that!

Cons

I've found very little to complain about with TeamViewer. It is an extremely valuable and well-made piece of software. The install process and the way the remote service works could be a little less confusing in places but this is a minor quibble and something easily resolved during your first install of the software, in my experience. The nag screen is so minimal and is the least intrusive 'nag' I've ever seen! In short - I find very little, if anything, to complain about here!

Good software for solving issues remote connection with time saving.

Pros

The oneline secure connection and sharing the data between two computers is I liked very much, Regarding the response between two computers is good and helpful to solve the issues. The software issues and the admin approval for work softwares is good, The most good thing is, I can solve my work Software issue very quickly with my IT dept. Advantage is I no need to Install the team viewer in my computer, I can run as administrator soon I install.

Cons

I feel difficult to connect to my IT person while he is doing some work, I write in notepad and he read it there and respond me. So between understandng in writing with 2 persons seems little difficult to understnd. because IT person is with full of data language mind and he tells me in a technical language, I need a time to understand his written words while solving the issue through teamviewer software. But overall it is good for office use.

You are giving the person who channels into your computer access to whatever you have on there, but that is a risk you take with any similar software.

We have been using it for collaborative tasks. I often use it to guide the other accountant whenever he gets stuck. I can access his device and perform the task he may not be able to do without worries.

Pros

I like that it allows me to access any device from anywhere. At times I have to get crucial info from my PC while I am in another location. With TeamViewer I do not have to travel to where my PC is...I can access anything remotely. We also use it to guide each other and collaborate on certain tasks. It only takes a few minutes to learn how it works and use it effectively. iIt is safe and secure so you can share sensitive details with confidence.

Cons

I like most features of TeamViewer but just like any software out there, I have a few things I would appreciate if they were improved. First, you cannot access any device if it goes off or if you don't have a reliable internet connection. When the connection is poor the performance of this tool is slow. You cannot access the other device without the right credentials.
