Pros/Cons

Pros
3cx is the Best of the Best i have no complaints this product is rock solid , easy to setup and the price is worth it hands down.
I love this software. I can be away from my desk or out of the office and still have the ability to take my office phone calls from the laptop.

Cons
Set-up was not quite as user friendly as I would have liked. There is somewhat of a learning curve involved in using this platform; however, it serves the purpose.
The meeting software works good but does not integrate with outlook. like excepted meetings sending email.

Pros
Works every single time. Great sound quality and very clear video. Love the ease of use.
Really easy to use and pick up on, great interface

Cons
There are connectivity issues sometimes, but they are very rare. When issues do arrive they are able to be resolved quickly
Every aspect of this software is amazing, the only thing i would like improved is that the video if the group is large often freezes and lose connections.
