BEWARE!!!! Ring Central tries to scam your money away. Called the customer service many times and every time they transferred it to the sales or billing department. I wanted to cancel my service because the cost was much higher compared to others. Every time I called and they played call transfer games and disconnected the call. It was clear that they were doing that purposely. Least professional staff. I have had the worst experience with these guys..

Pros

With this tool,calling our leads was easy. Recordings were also very easy to play back with wide variety of features

Cons

Expensive. Your long business conference calls always got disconnected after every 30-40 mins or while transferring to another lines.

Cons

You have to be careful of the pricing structure of this provider. You have to really understand what you are getting, so depending on your needs this might not be cost effective.

Pros

Like other RingCentral products I have used in the past, Contact Center shared the same user friendly, colorful, and intuitive interface that made learning to navigate the software a breeze. The software's ability to integrate with our existing information platforms (e/g/ Microsoft Dynamics) was phenomenal. I had not realized how much of an issue that would have been had we gone with another product until we were already set on RingCentral.

Cons

There is nothing negative that comes to mind when considering this product except that I wish it were a bit cheaper. In my opinion, it's still worth every penny.

Ring central provides your own work phone number both web based and desktop tool that you can install in your Pc or laptop. With this tool,calling our leads was easy providing us better results and more sales. The quality is good and connection is stable. They number that appears to them would be a US number. Aside from their great voip, they have ring central meetings which i use when i do a sales presentation to my clients. Connection is good and they can see ny screen clearly without compromising thevoice quality. Recording the presentation is also a great feature which we save for upcoming trainings of new agents. Great customer suppport and client service is commendable.

Cons

The cost is much higher compared to other voips. Some features have additional cost. You can not choose only the voip to pay lower. Glip and ring central meetings are included in the

I have never had a problem with faxes. Easy to send and you get confirmation so that you know it's sent. Plus you have the convenience of doing it through your email.

Cons

The phone service would be why I'm split down the middle for them. I think the awkward connection confuses people and I have had dropped calls. I would rather them call me directly then deal with it at all.

Overall the implementation took time, much more time than expected, but the capabilities and integrations of RingCentral are superb. Their customer support is second to none (on a remote basis).

Pros

We really enjoy being able to text clients & the integrations available (Zapier allows us to text with RingCentral in an automated way).

Cons

Wish there were the ability to program autoresponses based on texts received (smart keywords like FixYourFunnel is able to do). I dislike that you can't reassign an SMS text thread to another user (like FixYourFunnel can do).

Pros

Ring Central is very configurable for many situations. We have a small law office with people working remotely so we have different call flows for different people. Ring Central can handle the differences. Also, I love having the app so I can check voicemails directly from my cell device.

Cons

Because of the wide range of ways the call routing can be configured, it is somewhat difficult at the start to determine how to do it. However, Ring Central's customer service is always available and has always been able to help me when I call.

We have benefited from having after-hours calls/texts e-mailed to us, which we can choose to follow up during after office hours if we choose.

Pros

That we can see any voicemails and text messages getting sent to our office phone number, and that Ring Central forwards voicemails and texts to our email addresses.

Cons

Not much to dislike here - the only thing I can think of is signing in to begin your day - most days I don't need to sign in, I'm already ready to begin making calls.

I used RingCentral for about 6 months for an internet marketing campaign I was doing. RingCentral was fairly easy to set up and use. I liked that I could have access to it as an app on my phone as well as on my computer. I mostly used it for calling and texting and it worked great. I realize there are many other features available as well that I never ended up using.

I have recommended RingCentral to a few other people as well.

It was simply easier to utilize a paper form to reference checking email without the Ring Central feature. I prefered sending faxes in the traditional manner than trying to consolidate all phone line matters into one device.

Pros

I liked the idea of how it was supposed to work for our agency. Unfortunately, it seems to have over promised as a product and definitely under delivered.

What I DO like about the product is that I'm able to check voicemails from my email, which is easier than going through a keypad system to access them.

I do like that there's a phonebook feature within the app for my own agency.

Cons

The desktop app doesn't update with my email as I check voicemails. For example, I still have a notification that I have 28 voicemails, because I listened to them through the email, not the app... though they're both synced and I have listened and deleted every voicemail.

When sending a fax, we were instructed to enter either a 7 or 11 digit number, so, 1, then the area code, or just the regular phone number. That's annoying to have to instruct to staff who are unfamiliar with faxing, or not sending them very often.

When faxing from the app, you have to scroll down on the app to see all of the options, as they do not fit on one screen.

I'm thankful I didn't sync the app to my phone, like some of my coworkers. For many of them, their cell phone and desk phone now ring at the same time. Many times there are issues with accessing voicemail from any device other than the email.

RingCentral Meetings has been a welcomed upgrade to the way we conduct web-based/remote video meetings. Our previous vendor's system felt old and clunky. With RingCentral, I'm about 3 clicks away from starting a virtual meeting right now. In general this program is very useful and allows us to set up notifications as well as check old messages or past sent documents. This software is fairly user friendly and can be used by all office staff.

Pros

I use this software primarily for incoming and outgoing fax services and appreciate that I have option of either using an application for my desktop or checking messages through the online system.

Cons

The application will often have failed sent messages more often then the online program. The faxes will sometimes go through slower as well.
