Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the easy of use and most of all It never fails to deliver a message, Great UX and full of features

  • It's so easy to use, totally reliable and customer service is just great and proactive

  • Cons

  • No real dislikes -- the dashboard is a little overwhelming at first, but the feature set is great once you get used to the navigation.

  • Needs some more options around scheduling on-call rotations and notification policies for how we use it. Android app can also use some refinement.

  • Pros

  • There's not a lot to say, the product just hits endpoints I needed something to pretend to be a browser - download js/ css/ assets.

  • Ease of use, test coverage, pricing, scheduling

  • Cons

  • Doesn't do what I need it to do. Since signing up I've been phoned, emailed, WhatsApp'd and stalked on LinkedIn. I want to delete my account but there's no option to do that.

  • Needs better user experience some things are kind of annoying which needs multiple clicks.
