  • Pros

  • I like their customer service also. Afterall I fully recommend for your shipment tracking solution for business owners.
  • I also love to be able to use the branded page with our company name and tracking status page to send to customers when we want them to track one particular shipment.
  • Cons

  • It gives you no ETA as to when the parcel will arrived. It tells you nothing about where the parcel is on the way.
  • There is a huuuge price increase when going from the Essentials plan to the Pro plan, almost 20x. That was a bit shocking.

  • I felt it was very easy to use from the start. I am now in year 2 of using this great tool for shipping.
  • The ease of use, the great customer service and how easy it is to talk to someone when needed.
  • Cons

  • I didn't realize how the void/rebooking a shipment worked and that there was a limited window of time before you could not be refunded for an order.
  • It is beyond their current capabilities. It remains unresolved, and puts my shipping of rare classic auto parts at some extra risk.
