Benchmark in Logistics intelligence

Phenomenal would be the right choice of word.

PROS

The most important that I like about Clickpost is its people. Right from KAM to Product VP till CEO everyone are approachable easily. The team is always hungry to enhance the functionality of the software to align with the need of the industry and the trends. To do that, they work very closely with the client who is the first mover in adopting that trend.

CONS

Their standard reports and the dashboard needs to be a little better, functional and customizable at least to a certain extend.

Very Reliable!

Click post Returns Management has really made our returns process smooth.Love the tracking experience and NDR Management.We can rely on the Clickpost team to fix any issues we face or even help with additional feature requests. They really understand the requirements and fix things real quick. It really makes the user experience great!

PROS

Returns Management and NDR Management are smooth.

CONS

Analytics needs fixing.Report formats are not uniform and keep changing. Also, at times the reports are incorrect too.Returns Management doesn't have the option to arrange QC pickups for incorrect products delivered.

Easy to Use

Hey,We are using this software since 3-4 years ago, day by day it is getting updated and Clickpost trying to provide superb experience to users. Its very easy and user Friendly software. We are dealing as a B2c and it help us to provide ontime updates to customers. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is Handling our account and very intelligent guy who understand issues and resolve on prioriy. We have integrated our all internal softwares with clickpost and all status getting autochanged and it help us to minimise manual work.

Best logistics management software for E-commerce companies

Clickpost has helped us with resolving issues with regard to non-delivery reports and return management. We have increased our metrics with regard to on-time shipping and on-time delivery.

Seamless API integration with best customer support and onboarding, with one click you are able to choose from multiple courier partners at the lowest price, download the shipping label and track your shipment.

CONS

Easy to Use and Good Value for Money

PROS

The ability to easily create shipment labels for multiple couriers simultaneously and track them in a single place instead of having to track the shipments separately at each courier portal. The tracking urls and tracking page can also be customized to promote our company's brand which is a cool option to have

CONS

Would be nice to view the client order reference number as well in the tracking page instead of just the shipment number which is currently available as it would make the identification of orders easier especially when doing a bulk search

Decathlon India review

My experience with integrating clickpost in our system has been seamless. Thanks to the customer service and dedicated support provided by the team. Special mention to Prateek Kaushal who has been involved in adding many carrier partners to the integration.

The ease of usage and user journey on app is commendable

CONS

Clickpost is a great SAAS tool . However, if you could be more affordable , it would be helpful for many companies including startups to adapt easily and benefit from the tool

Exchange Management

PROS

The tracking management system is very helpful. It gives us an overview of all the shipments in one place. Apart from that, even Clickpost's Exchange UI is user-friendly. The best part is it gives liberty to set when we want to dispatch the exchange order for customers.

CONS

The Exchange UI must have different cross-category exchanges as well. Rest everything is good.

Clickpost - Simple & Seamless Solution for 3PL management

PROS

Great UI & UX. Seamless integration with 3PL & Outbound partners. [sensitive content hidden] responsiveness & on-time support is valuable. She goes out of her way at times to ensure the quickest resolution is given to the client. Big heads up to her relentlessness & diligence!

CONS

Support & Response from the Product/Tech team on tickets were extremely delayed: - Additional QC parameter debugging with Shadowfax- Incorrect Status fetching from API vs Report download from Clickpost portal resolution.

Really good software for managing e-commerce logistics! We're using the complete product- multi-carrier shipping, tracking, customer updates, NDR management. It solves almost all shipping related challenges

Existing experience is good, but there's lot of scope for improvement

- One view on all shipment - Easy addition/deletion of courier partners - Consumer communication is seamless - Very few downtimes

- Update status API is not real time for all CP - Support is not streamlined
