The immediate responses to any issues I was unfamiliar with or questions I had  were always answered very quick. I'm glad the rep kept checking in and giving me time to try Freightview.

Made my job very easier to do, which I am always running on 100% at all times in different directions. Its nice to have used something to make things run smoother throughout my day.

I really don't like the fact that if I make a mistake on the first page, it forces me to go back and reenter all of the information again.

From one customer service representative to another you have some great people. Very friendly and helpful.

Get both emails and updates on quotes online. It can get a little confusing if you have a few quotes going on at the same time.

Tracking can be a burden if the carrier puts their own tracking sticker on the BOL because the system sometimes won't find it so I have to go track it down at the carrier's website.

A lot of those future development plans line up with what we would need in the future as well. The software itself was very easy to integrate and roll out.

This birdseye view gives us the ability to rapidly choose our freight carrier for a shipment or provide shipping choices to our customers.

I have not come across any features with this software that I dislike.

I really like the ease of access and user friendly website layout. Navigating the web page is very easy and makes my job a bit easier and faster.

Integration with shipping programs would be great. Creating a program you can install that has a backup system for generating BOLs if the quoting system or internet is down.

The customer services team at FV has been great as well.

Inability to connect via EDI, which limits functionality, such as invoice audit with many carriers.

Overall it is an excellent software for supply chain and procurement teams that need to stay on top of the process and tasks.

Very user friendly and time saving. The ability to enter a shipments information once and access rates for multiple carriers is a huge time saver.

Pricing is on the higher side comparing to other service providers, instead of prices based on shipments, we can have monthly flat charges.

Absolutely loved being able to compare freight carries to one another and analyze the costs of business with each one.

I didn't realize how the void/rebooking a shipment worked and that there was a limited window of time before you could not be refunded for an order.

I felt it was very easy to use from the start. I am now in year 2 of using this great tool for shipping.

Overall, a great service. I haad minor trouble setting up a new printer and the help desk was quick, polite and on the nose for the solution.

Great Product especially for low volume shipping.

We can save existing addresses, etc. to make the shipping process quicker. We can track the package easily and also inform our patients.

We like the ease of processing USPS shipments and being able to generate the summary report for USPS.

We integrated XPS with our daily shipping routine. It has worked out very well for us.

I like the ease of use but we have mainly switched over to another platform because they do have actual friendly customer service.

It's been great and the customer service is always very responsive. I might need to start looking into how I can integrate it better into my Wocommerce if there is someone to support that.

It is beyond their current capabilities. It remains unresolved, and puts my shipping of rare classic auto parts at some extra risk.

Integration with online stores is excellent. XPS is easy to use and they have excellent customer service.

Lack of receipt management and the pick  up system is glitchy.

And, the Non-concern of these shippers, their inability to contact representatives on a timely basis, and poor communications service all make XPS worth far more.

I literally had to request that a particular employee never contact me when I have an issue because she has been so rude.

I really like the ability to customize Each Ship-To account to fit their package default needs. Importing addresses from the standalone USPS and UPS sites were quite accurate.

XPS Ship has been a great solution for my small business.

Software is much easier to use than competitors. Even though a smaller firm like that we can reach customer service for help via telephone for immediate answer.

Incredibly easy to import order data, preload shipping information, and export tracking. Integrates well with multiple platforms we sell on (Squarespace, Shopify).

I love that this integrates with BOTH Shopify AND Etsy.

My favorite thing about XPS ship is the customer service. They are super easy to reach and amazingly quick to help.

The software is very easy to use and great for a small business. I need the ability to ship USPS, FEDEX, and UPS and this makes it very easy for me to choose based on customer needs.

Very easy to use, easy to print labels even though it forces you to print two pages at a time.

It's an easy interface to use and the pricing is good. It's a much better interface than the UPS or USPS websites.

When dealing with their subcontracted shippers directly--I DID get better pricing. However, I bill my customers profitably based upon my costs from XPS, so I do not lose.
