Good service and amazing platform!
I had a good experience using Narvar for returns, so an intuitive app and easy to connect to our System.The customer suponer provided was good kind and useful to solve all doubts that we had in the implementation stage!

Narvar a Must for elevating the customer experience!
Overall Narvar has answered the questions we all seek. What do our customers think of their order and experience when purchasing.
PROSSuper easy to use product. Their dashboard provides key insights into the tracking data as well customizing the landing page.
CONSIntegrating with Magento was a bit rough but from our end, mainly due to the fact we were operating on an older version. Narvar is only compatible with the latest versions of softwares which is manageable

Excellent Product + Excellent Support
We are so grateful to have found Narvar as a solution to managing our returns and improving the customer downstream shipping experience. The tool is built to accommodate unique scenarios (like our own) and is easy to set up. Anytime you have questions, the team is there and ready to help. They go out of the way to ensure that we're getting what we need from the product, even going as far as to have their engineering team create custom rules for us. No other product on the market would have been able to perform in accordance with our Donation Program for all returns so we appreciate the flexibility of the team and the tool itself. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the engineers are all extremely helpful. Thank you guys!
CONSThere are minor feature requests that would improve the experience. We've already relayed these to the team such as the ability to generate multiple labels per return cart and having the system look at the customers entire return history vs. just the current return cart. We still look forward to integration with Rise.ai

Poor Customer Support
lack of support, dedicated rep creates a very poor quality of experience

CONSCustomer support is nearly non-existent. Our Mobile page shows a poor quality graphic, bad resolution. We've been asking for direction on how to fix this, several months later, no solution even to-date.

Outstanding business partner with ever increasing capabilities!
Narvar allows our customers to track both shipped goods and (soon!) their returns. While the shipping tool has been top-notch, the returns management piece is what we are the most excited about. This service will allow our customers to self-serve and know their return status at every step (reducing their need to call, chat or email). This is a win-win!
PROSOur company has been using Narvar's shipping notification service for years but recently began work to integrate more deeply and add return tracking and servicing. The Narvar team is responsive, helpful, and well-versed in their product and industry!
CONSMy team and I haven't had any issues with the platform or the team as of this review, and I feel confident from our interactions that any problems that arise will be resolved quickly!

Great for returns
Using Narvar Returns & Exchanges with Shopify is a dream. You can set up and easily manage all of your return rules, restrictions, exceptions, refund rules, and more all within the app on Shopify. They make it easy to customize your returns experience and manage and search initiated returns.
CONSWe run into a lot of issues with their order tracking and have stopped using Notify for tracking emails because of this and other limitations. Their reporting and analytics tool is also not my favorite but it gets the job done (mostly).

A very fast and easy tool
The biggest benefit I have experienced with Narvar is the automation and categorization of our returns. We can understand and listen more to our customers according to their comments. In addition, our clients feel very confident when using the platform because it is very intuitive. It gives a feeling of autonomy.
PROSWhat I like the most is that our returns process has changed for the better since it was implemented. Returns are processed faster, easier, and more automatically.I can also say that Narvar has helped us a lot when it comes to categorizing the reasons for return, in this way, we can improve in the necessary aspects.
CONSI can't currently think of anything wrong, as our old returns process was very old, there were many steps to follow, but now this has changed to more automated and easier support for our customers.

Easy setup, great customer experience.
The integration was seamless, the staff at Narvar were attentive and helpful in the transition and helping to get our return policy rules copied over. Our customers love the simple, guided return authorization page and instant return label.
CONSOne feature that is lacking from Narvar is the ability to "rate shop" with return label carriers. We would love to see this feature implemented in the future. Ideally the feature would choose the least expensive return label based on the products being returned and the location of the customer.

Narvar adds value
With Narvar we have a more unified, branded tracking and shipment notification system that delights our customers.
PROSEmployees at Narvar are some of the best. Regardless of their role, each person is professional and feels like an extension of our doTERRA team. The product works as expected because they have quality employees that ensure their customers understand and have what is needed at all phases of the relationship.
CONSIntegrations with new 3pls can be more challenging but that is largely due to the unique nature of each 3pl.

Improved productivity
The product makes tracking shipments easy! Now I know where packages are each stage of their journey.

Great System for Order Tracking
Overall I am very pleased with Narvar. Their onboarding team was helpful and patient with our IT team which is notoriously slow at implementations. The end product is keeping our customers happy and that is all we can ask for.
PROSOnce we got things set up this provides our customers with a great means to track their orders. Much improved over the native system built into Magento making for a much-improved customer experience. With what logistics have been like for the past year once we got this implemented we noticed our inquiries about order statuses dropped significantly.
CONSThe email design UI is clunky and limiting. There was a lot more we wanted to be able to do that the UI would not permit us to. Hopefully this is addressed or the ability to drop in HTML is added in the future.

Narvar, less manual tasks
Has help us a lot! But I think that to improve more our experience we should improve & find a solution for all our exceptions.

Great & useful service, but needs expansion for customer owned processes
Overall it's a good service. As stated, we are still working on making this more of a push vs pull relationship. That being said, their willingness to work with us & find solutions not only will benefit us as they find best practices for this kind of relationship, but also benefit others who prefer to approach this the same way we are.
PROSThe simplified tracking data is the most useful part of the service for what we are doing. It makes it simple for our CRM team to send custom coms out in a timely manner.
CONSWe were/are the minority using this service to power our own systems, but it's clear the Narvar team is still working on how to make this type of service work efficiently & effectively. They're so used to relying on their tried & true services controlled by Narvar that there are holes in how to push that service to customer powered set ups.

We were looking at this service vs one provided by our freight auditors (not listed above). We liked the professionalism & reliability we could count on. With this kind of service we didn't want to waste time on something that isn't someone's main service.

Overall Great Product
Returns and Order track are both great products that are easy to implement and maintain over time. They offer a plug-and-play extension that is easy to configure and test. Their customer-facing interface is clean and put together, with a portal feature that gives the client control over content updates and building specific business rules. Narvar continues to add new features to enhance the customer experience. Dynamic track, for example, offers a more robust and customized shipping track page experience to the end user.
CONSReporting is lacking on a granular level. Although there are high-level reports, there is room for improvement. Additionally, certain requests for smaller changes to business rules or content updates will require support outreach. This can become cumbersome.

Narvar Returns Platform
Narvar has been a good partner for us. We've had ups and downs within the platform, and will look forward to seeing the improvements and enhancements we've asked for.
PROSThe Narvar App integrated within Shopify is very user friendly. It is navigable and intuitive.
CONSThere are a number of improvements we are waiting for from Narvar. The overall backend integrations are not overly smooth and don't serve all of our needs. Implementation took almost two years to get to a point where we were satisfied.

Staff and Customers Love It
We have a small staff, so the integration of Narvar has really helped the workload for our customer service team and created a simple self-serve process for customers. This integration has been a great addition and the customers love it!
CONSAnalytics are lacking - there could be much more data about the products returned and reasons. This would help us improve our products.

Narvar: Good in theory, not perfect implimentation
It's nice to talk to customers
PROSEnjoy how easy it is to customize, how pretty it looks.
CONSI dislike how it is removed from Shopify and only happens when you ship to someone. It would be better if that was your order page from the start.

A Great Product For Companies of All Sizes
Narvar makes it easy for me to monitor both out deliveries and returns. I am able to pull reports right from the dashboard as opposed to going to several different places and building my own report.
CONSI wish that I had more ability to make changes on the fly without the help of our Customer Success Manager.

Widely Used For A Great Reason
Narvar provides the necessary order tracking services to support our post-purchase experience, and with the marketing/content capabilities from the track page, we're able to extend opportunities for conversion. The client solution team has also worked as an extension of ours to continuously identify new opportunities and support with bringing them to life.
CONSThe backend UI could be improved upon so that we're not restricted in content management due to having a shared account with our other regions. When migrating to Dynamic Track, this became a challenge as we all needed to commit to the same business strategy with this product. Additionally, I wish there were more analytics coming from the feedback, mainly in how the feedback is categorized and rated over time.

Narvar The Essential Customer Must Have
Customer service calls about when customers will receive products as well as easier return processes.
PROSIn todays market it is a necessity to supply the customer with as much information about their order as possible. Narvar does that.

Quality Product - Outstanding Support
Overall i'm very pleased with the tool. The support team have gone above and beyond to service our account and they have been great to work with.
PROSThe platform has solid features and gets good engagement from users. It has a beautiful UI and allows for customization.
CONSThe back end of the tool lacks some usability. I have to ask for new categories to be created instead of being able to create them myself for EDD functions. Analytics are solid but could be more robust.
