Cons: At my building, there is an admin that works for the enterprise client occupying the 2nd and 3rd floor. He picks up all the mail for them and stores it in their mailroom. Two enhancements to the app would be great: 1. Giving us (Community Team) the option to check out all the packages at once for the same person 2.
