Ottima l'integrazione con il mio sito di e-commerce. #### Cons L'aggiornamento degli stati della spedizione non è molto preciso per cui sono costretto a verificare lo stato della spedizione direttamente sul sito del corriere. No incentive was offered Lo uso per ebay, me non è molto performante. Addirittura dopo due mesi mi addebitano un sovrapprezzo per un peso che poste italiane dice di aver rilevato. Chiedo di poter vedere le foto di questo rilevamento - cosa che con tutti i corrieri con cui lavoro faccio e che mi forniscono- ma loro rispondono che per motivi di PRIVACY Poste Italiane, altra azienda dalle performance ridicole, manda solo dei file massivi e che per contestare devo fornire le foto del pacco con il metro e sulla bilancia. No incentive was offered Sono scorretti !!! Per usare una parola gentile. Spediamo con loro (ancora per poco) oltre 500 pacchi l´anno. Se va bene tutto a posto ma non appena c'è un problema se ne lavano le mani. Abbiamo spedito un pacco assicurato e lo hanno letteralmente piegato (conteneva un vinile) e non vogliono rimborsarlo per imballo non conforme. Ovviamente non è vero, sitrattava di una scatola apposita per vinili ed in ogni caso LO HANNO PIEGATO !!!! Assistenza poi scandalosa la signora [nascosto contenuto sensibile] probabilmente è un BOT che ti risponde citando articoli per i quali loro sono legittimati a non pagare. Mein Packet kam beim Kunden komplett demoliert an, Inhalt kaputt. Klar ist, dass die von Unternehmen beauftragte Spedition (DPD) daran Schuld war. Kann passieren. Der Inhalt wird ja als versichert angezeigt. Nix da! Statt das Problem mit DPD zu klären, werde ich auf zum Versand verbotene, bzw eingeschränkte Inhalte hinzuweisen, den ich angeblich zugestimmt habe. Wenn man diese Inhalte liest, kann man praktisch nichts verschicken. Der Inhalt ist somit nicht versichert und Packlink Pro zieht sich aus der Sache raus. Eine Abzocke!
