Great support and options for shipping

Shiptime is always prompt in notifying me of issues with a shipment and offers solutions and provides followup contact with me to ensure that the issue was solved.

Pros

Shiptime offers an easy way to view shipping costs for multiple carriers all at once and allows you to ship via the method that you prefer depending on your requirements.

Cons

It would be nice to have the tracking information available right at the end of the payment process for each shipment to allow for simpler options to notify my customers. It would also be nice to have a bit more support with their API website integration.

Reasons for choosing ShipTime

Ease of use and simplicity. I'm looking forward to integrating Shiptime into my website through their API integration.

Reasons for switching to ShipTime

Offering multiple carriers without a specific carrier account allowed me to select the best shipping method for each order.

Thank you for your feedback. The Tracking information is included in the receipt when the shipment is created. If you select "Notify Recipient" an email will also be auto-generated to your customer once the shipment is picked up. You also have the option of setting up a Branded Tracking Page so your customers will receive a tracking email with your company logo and any social contacts you provide. Customer service is excellent.

Pros

I like that there is several options to choose from when booking a carrier - depending on pricing and transit time

Cons

The platform locks up frequently. Highly irritating. Only way to continue with your shipment is to log out and start over. This does not always work. Sometimes you may have to do this 3 - 4 times. Again highly annoying when you have multiple shipments to do and the platform locks up.

Thanks for your feedback. There is a system time out after thirty minutes of inactivity, however this should not affect you if you are in the process of creating shipments. Look no further for a commercial shipping company- an all-in-one solution!

Amazing! Highly recommend it!

Pros

The ease of getting a shipping quote, having the courier pickup packages directly from the location, and tracking the shipment all on a single platform are all extremely valuable for our company.

Cons

With certain orders that come through with Shopify, it shows that the data for weight, dimensions, and sometimes even in the address, are missing or incorrect and no matter how many times you try to adjust, the order is still not accepted. Then I have to manually do the shipping instead of going through the order to avoid putting in customer details.

Easy to Use, Easy to Navigate

I find the Customer Support agents with Shiptime are very helpful and fairly quick to respond to questions/concerns.

Pros

The Dashboard is very easy to navigate and use. We find it very useful to be able to track each shipment without having to leave the Shiptime Website. I also find having unique login information for those on our team who process shipments. Multiple unique users allows us to ensure only those who should have access to shipments do.

Cons

It took some time to find where some additional features are located. For example, setting up the box library. Once I did some searching, I was able to find it.

Good rates, simple process

ShipTime saves us money and time. It simplifies shipping processes and is key during our busy season as we get critical parts out to customers on time and at reasonable rates. I feel that it offers smaller businesses a break and helps us compete with larger companies.

Pros

ShipTime is easy to use and gives us great rates compared to individual carrier rates. Their website is simple to use, save addresses, track packages, track history from all couriers on one website. We don't currently integrate with our dealership software but are looking to implement that in the near future. It will make a simple process even more streamlined.

Cons

We have had occasional issues with LTL freight but have been able to deal with those and come to a resolution. Courier shipments are for the most part trouble free.

Reasons for choosing ShipTime

We use ShipTime through our CFIB membership and it's one of the key advantages of being a CFIB member.
