Excellent with DLL usage and blackboxing method.
3DCS is best of 3D variation analysis software in market. You can easily create your models.I highly recommend catia version due to compability with Catia and Enovia. However , think about price.
PROSDLL creation is the most important thing in software. It can be easily developed and improved the functions with DLLs.Other thing is blackboxing. If you need to work with huge scale project like whole vehicle modelling, blackboxing provides you less system requirements and easy to use function.
CONSThe most expensive 3D variation software in market. If you want to get all expensions and functions, software cost will be unbelievable.

Great assembly tool with good analytics
3DCS Variation Analyst would be helpful for anyone looking for user-friendly variation analysis software. The software has a lot of great features, including the ability to import various geometry formats, making it very versatile. However, the price can be a limitation for some users, but a monthly subscription plan is a good option.
PROSI used 3DCS Variation Analyst for a short time on a specific assembly project, but I had a good experience with the software. One of the features I appreciated was the ability to import geometry formats, which made it easy to get started with my project. The software is also very intuitive and user-friendly, with a clean and organized interface that made it easy to navigate the various features and options. Another positive point is the ability to easily visualize the results of the analysis, which made it easy to identify problem areas and make adjustments to my design.
CONSThe price can be a limitation for some users. The cost of the full license may not be feasible for everyone if you are willing to use it for a short period but it is worth the cost for everyday users. They offer a monthly subscription plan, which can be more affordable for short-term projects. Additionally, the learning curve for the software can be steep, especially for beginners unfamiliar with the software. The interface can be overwhelming initially, but with practice and training, users can become more comfortable with the software.
