Definitely a Game Changer!

Overall I am very happy with the service! It's easy to use, incredibly affordable, and the customer support is very hands-on and responsive when issues arise.

PROS

This program was very easy to set up and being using right away! Just a few simple steps to select a phone number from a list, then head over to selecting a plan (which is just as simple) and voila!

CONS

During the free trial I was bothered by the fact that you couldn't see the texts that you sent unless there was already an on ongoing conversation, but I brought it up and was addressed within a couple of weeks so that's not longer an issue! I would like to be able to block phone numbers from the application when spam or unwanted clients contact us.

Reason for choosing 2way

The biggest factor was the price, we did sacrifice not being able to use a pre-existing phone number and had to use a randomly generated one, but the fact that they are still given a local area code made it a good compromise.

Great tool for customer service

Thanks to using the services of this company, our communication is smooth, because the SMS messages we send in bulk arrive instantaneously to recipients

PROS

The company's offer was selected mainly due to the high level of service quality and security guarantee. Noteworthy is the technical department, helpful both for the stage of service implementation, as well as during its implementation.

CONS

It's hard to find a similar tool, so there are no disadvantages
