As a business that only teaches 2-5 year olds most of my clients are not lifetime customers so I would have to manually remove clients that are still interested in my information to pass on to other mommies but are no longer providing income to the business. Also, these others are not available to pause in your off season if you run a seasonal program like swimming or baseball.
