Activity messenger has been a lifesaver. As a private school with a growing through the population, I could be messenger has been a saving grace this fall.

This software is extremely user friendly and very well suited for the administration of our gymnastics club.

They've been very responsive to requests & helpful when we can't get things done. They are also very upfront (in a good way) about what limitations that they have.

They have an awesome vision, fully support the product.

We implemented Activity messenger in the fall of 2020 and the ease of use to customize our branding, and integrate with our registration software was so straightforward.

Some labels/feature names are confusing to understand at first glance.

Not only are the open to suggestions, they are willing to implement and have been so open to feedback on what works and what could be tweaked - just outstanding customer service.

There are 3 useful pricing structure tiers great for several different sized organizations or business. It allows you to integrate with Canva.com and Pixel, both of which can be free.

This system is fast and efficient and user friendly for the customer. The price was a great selling point for the amount of forms we collected a year with out breaking the budget.

The developer works quickly, makes improvements constantly and supports the product closely and effectively.

The biggest problem Activity Messenger has solved for us is electronic waivers.

The technical support is awesome and listen to the organization needs.

Love the personal help accompanied with software. Anytime I have a question I get a fast response.

Our customers love having the reminders with dates, times, meeting locations, special requirements, in their hands at the right time. The product integrates with Amilia and Zoom seamlessly.

The customisation that we can do and the true collaboration with Activity Messenger's team. The integration with our business processes is also great.

At this point, I do not have anything to say about negative aspects of the software.

The team at Activity Messenger has been absolutely outstanding and on top of everything. Using Activity messenger for our online classes as simplied the process so much.

Activity Messenger easily wins on creating lists, building templates and cost. Lists are easy to upload, paste and build with extensive filter capacity as well as dual unsubscribe features.

The integration with Amilia and ability to connect with our specific client lists is wonderful. This has been essential this year with so many changing dynamics due to the pandemic.

There is little to no integration with Amilia's facility rentals.

We only had a PDF version before which was very difficult for families.

SENSITIVE CONTENT] are truly fantastic at responding to requests quickly, and integrating suggestions.

The ease of use is something I really appreciate. I'm not a techie, but the intuitive interface of the platform has allowed me to navigate and configure everything without a problem.

It has moved us from administratively paper based, to virtual, very rapidly and during a time when it was extremely necessary. The fact that it has a direct link to Amelia is fantastic.

Very happy with the decision to add this product. It has helped save time and money on many aspects of my job.

With the ever changing COVID-19 policies and procedures at the moment, Activity Messenger has has been invaluable due to it's ease of use, adaptability and low cost.

Templates are a dream to build. Pricing is based on use and not list size which is a giant saving.

Parents absolutely love how easy it is to use one form for multiple children, and we love how it captures a digital signature.

Very powerful dashboard. The integration capability is powerful, and easy to set up.

Decent CRM with good integrations but can be better with the functionality and service.

In January of 2021, they charged me again for my annual subscription. I called them back and the guy tells me at first that there are no refunds.

The regular package should have been less cheaper in my opinion. Otherwise, I find no negative remarks as such.

Agile as mentioned provides a reliable service, and geared toward small-mid sized businesses. Larger companies would find better options.

Where to begin...The landing page tool goes down every week. We've lost thousands of dollars in advertising because of this.

Overall, the Agile CRM, is a nice, cloud base App that is very well suited for more of the Sales Industry.

It's almost an all-in-one product, but at a much more accessible price. For the most part, the product is easy to use and I like how you can setup automations in an intuitive way.

Salesforce was bit expensive and we got all the features in agile crm so its a win win situation for my company.

Agile CRM is best for its data processing it can load heavy data in easy way. It can also integrated with github  and also support the service desk activities.

Great and easy-to-use CRM for startups with limited budget.

We are using AgileCRM for our marketing automation and we found this tool excellent and easy to use and operate.

It's costly not every client or organisation have afford it. It is difficult to understand for the beginners because it has some difficult tools.

Terrible customer service. I still haven't been able to cancel my service despite several requests and now going on month 4.

Successful and efficient. Wouldn't be without it now.

Experience is actually very horrible overall, but you get what you pay for.

It has given me added capabilities that I can use to grow my business. Additionally, the customer service has been outstanding.

What really impresses me, is AgileCRM's support. The support and on-boarding staff I have worked with is excellent to say the least.

It has good integrations with some of the leading apps like zapier etc, but the free version is very limited.

It was a good experience and the team has built a good product especially the marketing automation part is very well done.

So beware of this company, and the stupid bugs they refuse to fix.

The software is easy to use, the training they provide is fabulous and the customer support is great.

The cost is also a major advantage since we can get the full set based on number of users. Apart from that we love the campaign builder with lots of tools available to create different scenarios.

Customer service was horrible. I eventually tried to cancel my subscription, but they kept charging me for an annual subscription.

It's very intuitive and easy to use. I feel this crm combines the offline and online world perfectly, providing options to track online sales as well as face to face, without overcomplicating things.

Great integration across multiple marketing tools. Social media and email campaign management is a great add.

If you like the price then the system does the job. But its not as comprehensive or user friendly as sales force or Nutshell.

The price of the software is nice, the features from a glance look really good but once you start using them is when you are in for a surprise.
