Pros/Cons

Pros
Easy to use and implement immediately. No need for long training. Support is friendly and extremely competent. No downtime until now. Free version to try out. Cost-benefit is great.
The software is easy to use, the training they provide is fabulous and the customer support is great.

Cons
The automation is limited for the free version. Although the landing page and form builder is really useful, I felt it was quite limiting in the design aspect.
It could do a little more on the sales pipeline side but at the price available I can deal with that.

Pros
Super fast to integrate. Lots of code examples.
Super easy service to set up number. Wether I need to provision a number for texting and voice or fax, Twilio is my favorite phone provider to use.

Cons
It's a little intimidating at first. Lots of setup behind the scenes. However, once it's set up, it's a very solid product!
Debugging the product is a bit time consuming, but it is getting better.
