  • Pros

  • The ability to share folders and secure files were very welcomed. Also, the fact that it is free is quite helpful.
  • The program has a very pleasant interface that is orderly and easy to work with. Entering customer is data is both easy to enter and then subsequently to access.
  • Cons

  • I would rate it as a total garbage. The worst is that we are losing money every day because of it.
  • Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.

  • Pricing is competitive and UI is good, from a non technical point of view, its easy to get stuffs up and running quickly.
  • What I appreciate most about this software is the fact that it integrates easily with other solutions and has a great uptime and performance.
  • Cons

  • I hate the 'are you a human' check at login - I understand it's for protection from machines trying to access my account, but really seems overkill.
  • Hard to fault find if a user is unable to get access.
