  • Pros

  • I like that it is easy to use the site. It is user-friendly, and the customer support is great. They respond to your question fast.

  • We trained over 20 call center agents on CallHub in less than 90 minutes. The user interface is very intuitive and it is very easy to setup and understand.

  • Cons

  • What I like least about this service is that I find it hard to upload contacts sometimes. otherwise the service is great!

  • In general, there is no drawback as such for the software. Better rates would be greatly appreciated.
