Has a feature for mass text messaging to all patients or different groups of patients. Can also do telemedicine very easily. Cons: The audio coming through is some times very low, but is corrected once you reconnect with the patient. Video quality is sometimes choppy and not as good as “FaceTime”, but good enough to see what I need to see.
