A Good Support and Featured Product

I would say the kind of support we get when we have any issues are pretty impressive, Plus point is when we raise an requirements we get pretty good response and product level changes are impressive.

The product is pretty good and its secure and very understandable of the customer requirements

CONS

The new features are good. I recommend to concentrate more on the live dashboard for the customers to view the reports regularly

Experience with Gupshup

Overall experience is above expectations. I find entire team of gupshup very customer centric and readily available to solve problems.

PROS

1) The product is simple to use, the design of their console is very intuitive and easy to understand. 2) Their APIs are well designed and consistent. This reduced the engineering effort and investment.

CONS

Although design is very clean, I think folks can add more analytical tools for giving more insights on user behaviour, interaction and errors. This insight currently is made available on request basis.

Onboarding and Usage experience

Moderate.

PROS

Low cost.UI is pleasant.The customer support people at the least respond. But very very slow.

CONS

- Whatsapp Channel: Meta integration seems dont work well, needed support from every step from Gupshup and meta to complete migration, onboarding- Whatsapp Channel UI/UX : UI good/appealing. But UX is non intuitive and painful, - Campaing Creation, sending and followup: Several hurdles, does not work smoothly- Customer Support: is available and they do respond and solve problems but speed of such is very very slow.

Gupshup- Has the Whatsapp API, Can be intgerated with any marketing automation tool

Gupshup is extremely easy to use, and the user interface design is very simple to understand. Gupshup make it easy to send whatsapp, sms and email campaigns from one place. Customer engagement is made easier with Gupshup converstional messaging.

CONS

No proper dashboard to maintain a list of audience members. Adding more insights like user behaviour, blocks and reports can make Gupshup more useful.

You have built a self-service portal while our other clients didn't built that. On top of that you guys have a proactive team who are always there for support.
