What I like most about Intercom is that it makes conversing with our customers super easy.
It's so powerful and easy to use. It was effortless to set up, and all our business users (who've never done customer support before), find it very easy to use, and the users love it too.
Cons
Sometimes messages get lost and its tough to find the message trail of particular string. Sometimes unable to identify customers.
It can be confusing to use. The API CAN be confusing at first since there is a lot of terminology they use.
Pros
Just a great Hubspot integration with an amazing customer service team. Definitely know what they are doing and they are excellent in helping you reach your goals.
I like the ability and that it works with Zappier. Support is good and has been helpful.
