  • Pros

  • What I like most about Intercom is that it makes conversing with our customers super easy.
  • It's so powerful and easy to use. It was effortless to set up, and all our business users (who've never done customer support before), find it very easy to use, and the users love it too.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes messages get lost and its tough to find the message trail of particular string. Sometimes unable to identify customers.
  • It can be confusing to use. The API CAN be confusing at first since there is a lot of terminology they use.
  • Pros

  • I really enjoyed the level of commitment of the Tatango team to make my campaign a success.
  • Incredibly user friendly -- great visual previews. You can teach someone to use this in about 5-10 minutes.
  • Cons

  • Could do more with targeting - limited to including 'any' or 'all', can't do a mix (If I wanted to send recent users who also had a tag, but then exclude a different group).
  • There has been very little explanation for this, and as an organization that uses this 5/7 days of the week it's disappointing.
