Beyond the pale in terms of inappropriate and unprofessional.

Sometimes messages get lost and its tough to find the message trail of particular string. Sometimes unable to identify customers.

Things don't work well, customization options are very limited, users and customers get frustrated often and messages get lost in the abyss.

It's so powerful and easy to use. It was effortless to set up, and all our business users (who've never done customer support before), find it very easy to use, and the users love it too.

It integrates perfectly on the website. I also love that they are constantly coming up with new features to help our workflow.

Wonderful experience, I really enjoy using the product (even on other companies websites/products!) and would highly recommend.

Intercom is really a state-of-art piece of software. If integrated properly, it can take care of amazing spectre of key activities in any company.

I also like how it gives us statistics on what is my team's response time, etc. I love how easy we can set up a business hour rule, auto-responses, and tours.

Text is best way to communicate with overabundance of emails. I like that recipients can text back messages.

I liked that I was able to use with product with the Salesforce Process builder and Work Flows. Sends out Text smoothly and easy to set up and use.

I like most about Trumpia is that I can send quick messages to specific people and not have to go through the distribution lists.

The API integration is fabulous and the connection through Zapier. It has a lot of functionalities.

Trumpia is not user friendly at all and very very hard to understand and work on. I hate it and has not worked for us.

Super easy to sign up for, enroll with, and be a part of. Company used this agency wide for 1200+ employees.

Initially, it's hard to get your opt-in lists built up. I also wished that it integrated with our CRM so that messages would attach to our customers' records.
