Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Fabulous customer service, great pricing and a quality tool.

  • The user interface is amazing, as is the customer service and overall usability.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes it is complicated to remove people or to figure out how to move them from group to group. Overall, with a little bit of hunting and pecking I was able to figure out everything.

  • The only complaint I could possibly have and it really isn't one is that we can only pause an account for 3 months, but it is super easy to go in and re-pause if we need.

  • Pros

  • Super fast to integrate. Lots of code examples.

  • Super easy service to set up number. Wether I need to provision a number for texting and voice or fax, Twilio is my favorite phone provider to use.

  • Cons

  • It's a little intimidating at first. Lots of setup behind the scenes. However, once it's set up, it's a very solid product!

  • Debugging the product is a bit time consuming, but it is getting better.
