  • Pros

  • Love the newer updates that help me stay very organized with the Campaigns and Pipelines set up. The extension is also one of my favorite tools that is provided by them.
  • The things I've found most impactful using this software would it's user friendly features, super friendly / helpful customer support, and constant updates / improvements from the developers.
  • Highly recommended to any professional who needs to reach out to people. This software is not only great, but with it, you get a highly skilled and quick responding team to help you out.
  • Cons

  • The software can become laggy and ineffective if you do not archive conversations regularly. After 500 responses, it becomes difficult to navigate the software smoothly.
  • So you may be wasting credits sending texts without knowing your messages aren't being delivered.
  • Simple enough to use, but terrible customer support. I can't take off my CC in the system.

  • The best feature is easy to install and easy to integrate with web. Also easy to response to customer and generate best dashboards to access data.
  • Easy to set up, extensible, supports a variety of programming languages and interfaces, pricing is easy to understand, excellent free trial that allows for testing of most features.
  • There are so many things to love about Twilio from my experience and perspective. I like the quality of its documentations and how intuitive they are.
  • Cons

  • When there is some error with the sms sending (due to integration issues or other), the errors are not very intuitive and may take some time to nail out the issue.
  • Getting the logs is a bit difficult. The logs are not retained and it is not possible to ascertain whether they are viewed or being sent to spam box.
  • When you first start using them you can get lost in the documentation before understanding how it is setup.
