I use it every day since adopting it. I used to use my cell phone and it was a hassle sending to groups. Not everyone is on WhatsApp so this has really helped. I love the ease and simplicity of defining different groups and broadcasting notices and sending alerts to everyone in one swoop. I tried GoHighLevel and MailChimp but their SMS capabilities were made for a different use case. This is great for SMB direct communications and announcements. Cons: The only con I can say is there is one person who I get alerted received a group text that she is not on. When I ask her however, she does not get it. So it must be some type of name mismatch with my own number. Also, I wish there was a checkbox where a reply could go to everyone and a full thread with everyone could be maintained like an SMS thread. Easy to understand for non technical people. Cons: We're on a grandfathered plan, the credits they provide for an annual subscription has grown kinda out of whack compared to the size of our list.
