It means we can message our customers easily and schedule messages too without massive costs. #### Cons It has an issue when you use the web page that it deletes all the text you have typed out if another message comes through or the page tries to update. I love the ease and simplicity of defining different groups and broadcasting notices and sending alerts to everyone in one swoop. I tried GoHighLevel and MailChimp but their SMS capabilities were made for a different use case. This is great for SMB direct communications and announcements. #### Cons The only con I can say is there is one person who I get alerted received a group text that she is not on. When I ask her however, she does not get it. So it must be some type of name mismatch with my own number. Easy to understand for non technical people. #### Cons We're on a grandfathered plan, the credits they provide for an annual subscription has grown kinda out of whack compared to the size of our list.
