It means we can message our customers easily and schedule messages too without massive costs. #### Cons It has an issue when you use the web page that it deletes all the text you have typed out if another message comes through or the page tries to update. I love the ease and simplicity of defining different groups and broadcasting notices and sending alerts to everyone in one swoop. I tried GoHighLevel and MailChimp but their SMS capabilities were made for a different use case. This is great for SMB direct communications and announcements. #### Cons The only con I can say is there is one person who I get alerted received a group text that she is not on. When I ask her however, she does not get it. So it must be some type of name mismatch with my own number. I also like there are not too many options because it is not needed and can get confusing on a texting platform. It is a great functional tool for our business; we use it every day numerous times to make our and clients lives more organized and to simplify daily operations. People always say this could’ve been an email, in my case this could’ve been a text and finding EZ Texting has made my life easy! #### Cons It can get pricey when you go more than 1 credit but it is still worth it because it saves me so much time in not having to send an email. #### Vendor response Hi Kit, Thank you for sharing your experience! I really like the report results. #### Cons We don’t receive our main business through mass texting our specials.
