Pros/Cons
Pros
- It does what we hope it will do and the MMS format is wonderful for setting out reminders and announcements with a graphic.
- The ease of use is what I like most. The ability to reach those who might be otherwise unreachable.
- The ease of use for training less technical people on how to buy keywords is excellent. The API is great to work with as well.
Cons
- There is limited customer support. There was increase risk of spam.
- Getting an accidental block back in the system so they receive texts.
- Very poor interaction several times over a period of years, including via other businesses I have worked with.
Pros
- I love that I can create great looking emails with such ease. It has made a huge difference in my ability to communicate with my clients and two do connected drip marketing.
- The software is easy to use, it has great pricing and free services to get started. It allows you to see who is engaging in your emails and who is not, great design tools.
- Mailchimp, is an excellent cost effective solution for sending out mass emails to customers. It has great capability for both the tech savvy and non-tech savvy users.
Cons
- Some legit emails get marked as spam. If too many are marked as spam you run the risk of getting your account suspended or at times deleted.
- I was quite frustrated with the fact that I had no assistance at all and it created a bad experience for me as a new user.
- This price is outrageous. Also, they do not give you an option to not pay for the features you do not use.
