  • Pros

  • It does what we hope it will do and the MMS format is wonderful for setting out reminders and announcements with a graphic.
  • The ease of use is what I like most. The ability to reach those who might be otherwise unreachable.
  • The ease of use for training less technical people on how to buy keywords is excellent. The API is great to work with as well.
  • Cons

  • There is limited customer support. There was increase risk of spam.
  • Getting an accidental block back in the system so they receive texts.
  • Very poor interaction several times over a period of years, including via other businesses I have worked with.

  • Our sales, service, parts and finance teams are all actively using this software with great success. We are grateful for the support provided with the software.
  • In addition, the customer service is outstanding. A simple text to the TextRequest team and they will have you taken care of.
  • We switched to TR about 6 months ago and it has been amazing. The ease of use and the customer engagement through social media is one of the best features I have seen.
  • Cons

  • We were quite disappointed to find out our services were shut off due to an expired credit card. We had paid through for the month and we had no warning that we were going to lose services.
  • This is our biggest problem and we are only staying with TR because we haven't found an alternative with similar features.
  • Or on the flipside of that, I wouldn't mind paying for each individual small text if I knew that was balanced out by only being charged for 1 text even if it was long.
