Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like how reliable it is compared to other softwares I have used. The delivered rate is better and when carriers block numbers, the customer support is there to help.
- Super easy to use, reasonable pricing for Small businesses, great & quick customer service, and awesome features like bday list as well as automatic conditions that allow you to customize lists.
- They are very responsive and offer a reliable texting platform. Jessica is a great customer rep.
Cons
- I dislike the fact that I loose my rollover text messages if I don't use them over a period of time.
- Customers may get tired of texts that they forget they can opt out of. The company could give a reminder that it is an option.
- The employee said (direct quote) “I’m not talking to you about this and there’s no management for you to talk to.
Pros
- Love the newer updates that help me stay very organized with the Campaigns and Pipelines set up. The extension is also one of my favorite tools that is provided by them.
- The things I've found most impactful using this software would it's user friendly features, super friendly / helpful customer support, and constant updates / improvements from the developers.
- Highly recommended to any professional who needs to reach out to people. This software is not only great, but with it, you get a highly skilled and quick responding team to help you out.
Cons
- The software can become laggy and ineffective if you do not archive conversations regularly. After 500 responses, it becomes difficult to navigate the software smoothly.
- So you may be wasting credits sending texts without knowing your messages aren't being delivered.
- Simple enough to use, but terrible customer support. I can't take off my CC in the system.
